PANAMA CDC (CONTINUOUS DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE)
We provide Panama CDC which requires the following:
- Copy of Data pages of a valid National Passport
- Passport size Photograph with clear White Background
- Medical Certificate from D.G Shipping approved Doctor
- Age – Above 18 years
- Basic STCW Safety Training Course
- Elementary First Aid (EFA)
- Personal Safety and Social Responsibility (PSSR)
- Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
- Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF)
- Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD)
NOTE: GET CRA (Blue Chit) SAME DAY.
PROCESSING TIME – CDC/Seaman Book will be issue around 7 days and this will be valid for 5 years.
PANAMA BASIC & ADVANCED DCE (DANGEROUS CARGO ENDORSEMENT)
We provide Panama DCE which requires the following:

- Age – Above 18 years

- Basic Oil And Chemical Tanker Operations (OTCTO)/ Basic Training For Gas Tanker Cargo Operations (GTFC)
- Advanced Training for Oil Tanker Operations
- Advanced Training for Chemical Tanker Operations
- Advanced Training for Gas Tanker Operations

The Watch Keeping Certificate will be issue only after Sailing Experience of 6 Months.

PANAMA COP (CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY)- ABLE SEAFARER DECK/ENGINE
COP Certificate will be issue only after Sailing Experience of 12 Months.
